Issue with Dual Displays

I just setup a Dual Monitor system here; one is a 19'' KDS CRT, and the other is....Well, it looks like a 17'' Dell CRT. They're both at 1280x960, with 85hz and 72 hz, respectively. I am, however, noticing considerable shaking on the KDS Monitor; It's at the same settings it was on before the switch, but the shaking is new. Anyone know anything about this? I'm getting a headache :cry:

maybe the monitor is close to something magnetic or cell phone maybe? causing disturbance.

Well...It's a different kind of shaking, you know? Cell Phone shaking is like...Wavy, sort of? This is more like 60hz shaking >.>
