is 16ms good enough to not ghost at all in games???

ive been reading reviews on 19" monitors that have 16ms response times im getting mixed signals on if 16ms has ghosting or does not. Can someone help me out?

I dont notice ghosting at all with my samsung 910t- its listed as 25ms but I hear they have been putting in 20s but not publishing it.

From reading review of 16ms and 12ms LCD monitors, there will still be some ghosting. Wether it detracts from game play depends on the person and what games they play.

i just tested out the monitor and it works great!!!! no ghosting at all in counterstrike source, world of warcraft, or ravenshield. looking for a 19" LCD for gaming??? see link in first post!
