i have a toshiba tecra510cdt lcd screem, and i was wondering if there was a way to run it from my pc as a second monitor. I want to mount it in side.

There is no easy way to do this. The laptop lcd doesn't have a controller on it so you would need to get a seperate one. Earthlcd.com carries controllers but they aren't cheap.
