How is this for an xMas gift ? "Digital Camera"

I found a great digital camera IMO, to buy my g/f for xMas.
It's a

it has 16MB of xD memory as it comes, but the place I am buying it vrom "here in town" is also giving me a 128MB xD card for free, total price wil be about $380 canadian. what do you's think about this camera, its options and image quality ?

I've read a few things about it, about 90% good things and the other 10% was bad, mainly about its focusing and its quality of images in low lite. I'll buy it and if i dont like it ill just refund it :) so all is good.

i piced it up today, test it out and it works great it has sweet IQ as well :)
