I have the ADVUEU 723A lcd monitor, and hundreds of reviews on the newegg and various forums claim there is absolutly no ghosting, but when I play games everytime I move the player(especially in FPS) the screen is kind of blurry. To my knowledge this is considered ghosting correct? Why is my monitor doing this? Is there anyway to fix it?

Thank you
-Kyle

Are you coming from a CRT monitor?

LCD's can't come close to the response times of CRTs, and if your eye is used to gaming on a CRT, the LCD will look blurry in motion. I just made the same transition (CRT to LCD) and i noticed it for about a week before I got used to it.

I can honestly say now that I don't mind the blurryness, in fact, I don't even notice it.

I used an adapter and plugged this monitor into my dvi output and the blurriness actually seemed to be reduced. Is this just my eyes playing tricks on me or is this posible?

You used a DVI>VGA converter? Maybe it was just a bad connection.
