Overclockers

Currently, i have p4 1.3gig and shuttle intel p4 mobo, and my hands really desire to o/c it..........does anybody can give me information about this......? but i've heard someone said that my mobo is unoverclockable......is it true.....? n does anybody have tried it before.......?
if my mobo really overclockable, can i run at 1.5 gig or higher.....? don't worry, i'll purchase water cooling system to support this....
