What do you guys think about this LCD?

I'll be the first to admit that I really don't know jack about LCD's, and wasn't sure at all what to look for when I bought mine. I was looking at some online and I found this one. What do you guys think about it?

response time 50-55ms?????? no, this is not a good monitor for gaming.

What would I notice differently with a lower response time? I have basically the same model as this one, but mine isn't the /b version. I'm assuming mine has the same response time. I never notice any ghosting or anything. I might be looking for another lcd sometime in the near future and I'm just trying to figure out what the difference is between the response times. Like I said I've played games on this one for quite some time and never noticed any ghosting or anything that my eye could see.

hmm...well you may just not play the right kind of games to notice ghosting, or maybe you just don't notice it, but I'd say that LCD would ghost. Also for the cost of that you could get a dell FP2001 which is 20.1", supposedly NO ghosting that anyones ever mentioned, and it's cheaper :)

Well I wasn't looking to buy it, I pretty much own one just like it with minor aesthetic differences. I play CS, Farcry, D3, WC3, DAOC, Dungeon Seige, Neverwinter Nights. I've never seen any ghosting. In fact I can't tell the difference between this monitor and a CRT. I know that 50ms is extremely high and "should" be ghosting, but I've never seen any. This is the most amazing monitor I've ever owned. No light leakage, no dead pixels, and no ghosting that I'm aware of. But like I said I don't know much about LCD's except for what a subpar one looks like and how it performs. I'm just confused because according to the "ms" this monitor shouldn't perform like it does. Does anyone have some good examples of what I should look for in ghosting? Or something that would make it very apparent. I'd like to try and see what the deal is.

looks like garbage to me. i have a VG175 i bought many years back and its been very good to me with no complaints what so ever... until I got my newest LCD the 2001FP. now looking at both LCDs side by side its very simple to see the difference in quality and image.
if thats what your use to and it doesnt bother you then who is to say you should get a new one? as long as your happy then thats all the matters. but if you wanted to know if thats a good LCD for the price then i would have to say a big HELL NO.
