It might be possible to run it if you had a spliter and two desktops. I want to say it's not. What video card are you using?

You need a KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse) switch. You can get cheap models with built in cables for less than $40 if you look around. Some are USB for KM and some are PS/2. I know that Linksys and I think D-Link, maybe Belkin too make ones with built in cables.
