Looking to buy a new crt. I'm probably going to go with a 19" 930sb from newegg, but for the same price I can get a nice 21" from ebay. I really want a 21" but don't want to shell out $500+ for a new one. There's always a risk involved with buying a used product and I think most of the monitors from ebay are used not even refurbs. In the long run, is it worth it to just shell out the cash and get something new. Just looking for anyone's experiences with used or refurb monitors.
