AG8V and AG8-3rd eye difference?

what is the main difference beetwen AG8V and AG8-3rd. and which one better oc... does Asus have any better boards then those for oc ?

Here is a comparison chart. Seems like the two biggest differences are that the AG8V does not support RAID and the AG8-Third Eye comes with the Abit third eye.

The ONLY difference is that the 3rd-eye version comes with a desktop U-Guru clock...
