Horizontal lines shooting across at the bottom of my monitor

I have a Viewsonic G90fb monitor and for the past few months there have been a few horizontal lines shooting across at the bottom part of my monitor about an inch from the very bottom. I have tried 3 diff videocards so i know thats not the issue....could it be the monitor itself?

yes, that line of pixels are burned out. My dell monitor has 2 lines, about 2 in from the top and bottom, I changed video cards and all, the monitor is to blame.

yeah, i got two lines, too...its nothing you can do anything about really
