Unless you buy used your not going to get much for that price at 19" and up.
Best you'll get is a samsung 955DF or a viewsonic G90F from newegg.com, the g90 is 202.00
Be careful about getting a Viewsonic, they may have good image quality but I have heard stories of people going through 7+ until the warranty expired then it just broke and was replaced. Samsungs are nice. I just got a 997DF from Circuit City for 200$ and surprisingly it is one of the highest quality monitors I have seen. I would recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a good quality monitor with a very reasonable price. I would have paid 50 bucks more for a monitor of this quality.
The Greyscale is near perfect and it is rather bright with a nice contrast ratio so far. At 1600x1200 the image is nice and the refresh rate is still nice, the geometries remain flawless as well. Again I would reccomend this monitor to anyone.
