[HELP] Abit BH7 + 800mhz CPU?

Does anyone have this combo and know if it works fine?


i know Abit says it "should work" but the board were built long before the 800mhz chips came out


i just got myself a p4 2.6c chip to put into this system.......

I would try to get hold of a cheap IS7 board instead. Dualchannel and some overclocking headroom.

well - this board goes to a 250 FSB and i dont want to get a new board because i am trying to get ride of old parts and i had to buy a CPU so i figure get an 800 with HT over a regular 533.

also good chance this will be my temp gaming machine since i just sold my main one for $1000.
