Viewsonic CRT Question

I have decided to go with a CRT instead of LCD because of the price this.

I want to go with the Viewsonic EA771B 17" Monitor. I found one on eBay for a super cheap price from a dealer I have done business with before.

I like the monitor and the price to performance ratio is great at $85.98 for such a great monitor.

What do you guys think ? Any better recommendations ?

viewsonic makes GREAT CRTs .. I used to use EF70 (later updated to E70F) and it still makes a great backup monitor ..

i used to use it with sony trinitron 17" side-by-side in a dual-monitor setup, and Viewsonic would win hands down .. much better product..and the exterior of the sony gets sorta yellowish today, while the viewsonic is still looking like new .. both were barely cleaned except for some vacuuming..
