Efficient 5260 flash

I am looking for the flash for the efficient 5260 to turn it into the 5660 dsl modem.Does any one know where i can get it and how doea the process work.Please let me know a customer gave me their 5260 and i what to upgrade it.Because the modem i have is the wirespeed and it is crap.
