i know most people are againt opening up a CRT, but i've recently acquired a CRT 22" monster made by some comapny called "HDS"...thats all i can get.

the problem is my idiot teacher cut off the cable ebcause it had smashed pins, and threw it out.

i've spliced these cables before, but this time its a little different...while there are the same # of wires, the monitor has 5 larger wires with 2 wires inside (one seperate, the other looks liek a ground) while all teh cables i've found have 3 of these ,and other small wires each seperate. if anyone can give me any help as to how i should proceed, it would be greatly appreciated...

It's probably a BNC connection, not a 15pin D-sub.

There are 5 sheilded wires:
- Red
- Blue
- Green
- Vsynch
- Hsynch

i know its a 15 pin D-sub, i used it before the connector was cut off...and now i cant fidn the correct connector and need to put a normal one on.
