LCD worth?

Hey guys I was just wondering about something. I am getting a LCD from dell the 1703FP with my new computer. I already have a LCD that I like.

The retail price is 529 do you think I can get rid of it in the classified for 400? that is like a 25% off

Why not just sell the brand-new in the box Dell monitor, or return it, or ask them not to send it for $XXX off.

Because it would be more expensive if I were to not include the LCD in the package. Dell has free upgrade and if I can get the LCD for 400 I can get a reasonable price for the computer.

I also do not like selling things this expensive on ebay since most of the time I get charge an arm and a leg for posting.
