i picked up a 17" envision en-775e at staples a few months back. it's been a fairly good monitor but for one problem. the pin cushion is out of whack. it was just a little off at the bottom corners when i got it but i was able to adjust it out. so its either getting worse or i'm doing something wrong.

on the left side its curved inward in the middle but on the right side its curved inward above the middle, so when i try to adjust it i can only get the left side straight. this makes the right side really bad. i can adjust the right side out a bit to look somewhat better but then ofcourse the the left looks really bad. right now i have split the difference of the error but its still annoying.
any tips, tweaks, help, or monitor adjusment apps out there?

also could it be the graphics card? i'm running this on an old PNY Gf3Ti200 no OC.

thanks.

It will be pretty hard getting it perfect and is probably not possible.
I have a similar problem with my 17" KDS, and no matter what I do I cant get it perfect, so I just get it the best I can, and stop messing with it, cause I tend to just make it worse.

If it was cheap, that is your problem(Mine was cheap)
If you really cant stand it, buy a different monitor, like Viewsonic or Samsung, NEC etc, big name brand stuff, not the lowest end models either. They shouldnt be completely out of wack like yours seems to be(and mine:(.)

yeah i figured as much, only paid $60 for it after rebate. i was hoping there was a fix for it but as the saying goes i got what i paid for. it's a shame though because this monitor displays colors accurately and is otherwise a good deal.
looks like I'll be in the market for a monitor around tax time.
thanks for the reply.
