Dvi>vga?

hi,
i have a benq fp767 and it does not have a DVi input on it :(
but i am about to get a new graphics card which has a convertor which converts DVI to VGA now atm i have my monitor connected using VGA and that is the only way to conect it up so would this DVI>VGA make teh image quality better?

If you convert the DVI output from your graphics card to VGA, then you lose the digital signal and there wouldn't be any image improvement...
