Need a 19" LCD

I was looking at the other threads, but havent really seen any recommendations.

A friend of mine wants to buy a 19" LCD. He doesnt game at all, so doesnt need a 16ms response time or anything. Basically just looking for something really good, price really isnt a concern either. His only requirements are 19", 250+ brightness, 400+ contrast, and <25ms response.

So anyone have any good recommendations for him? With reviews or experience to back it up?

Probably the best LCD monitor out there now is Dell's FP2001 20.1". If he wanted something slightly larger then 19". It uses LG.Phillips 20.1" 16ms screen - with better response results then AU Optronic's 17" 16ms flat panel. It's selling for $899 at Dell.com.
