dell 1703fp help

i have one here right now and when we go to use it, it will occasionally flicker to a very green shade and distort the image quality , then after a while it goes away, it appears to happen only when it comes on, we also have two speakers (shielded harmon/kardon) on each side of it and a flat panel television (sharp lc15eiu) about yard away i am wondering what could be causing this any help would be very appreciated

hi, im using 1703fp as well, but i have no problems with it..
which connection are you using, dvi or d-sub?
have you tried putting away the speakers from the monitor?

yah we moved the speakers back nothing changed, its not my setup its my cousins but i think their using vga

try using a different analog cable.. or use dvi (if the vid card has one).. or try the monitor with a different vga card.. hope it helps

the flicker sometimes happen on my friend's LG tft.. she's using analog on a Ti4200
