How Refreshing

I've had my refresh rate at 100 Hertz, and I was wondering if there is much difference between that and 85. My resolution is at 1024x768. What is the difference in running at these two rates? I always thought higher is better but wanted to make sure

Simple, the difference is its displaying 100 "frames" to you a second instead of 85.. if your monitor supports it.. I would use 100 instead of 85.
