Dell 2001FP Price ?

I've read several posta that say people have bought the 2001FP for $750, some with and some without shipping. Is this true. I looked on Dell's website and its $999.
Can I get it cheaper somehow?

I don't think she is trying too hard. If you go to the www.Dell.com, they are offereing 15% off of software and peripherals, which includes the 2001FP. It worked for me yesterday. Brings it to $850 and free shipping.

Thanks for the replys so far guys. Im holding out untill I get some proof that people where buying them for $750. I hate over paying. If Dell had sold them for $750 then they will hopefully do it again either by price match or another sale.
Im ganna give it a week then if no luck Ill go with the samsung 192t.
