My monitor is making a clicking noise

It just keeps making a clicking noise, eve when off. The only way to stop it is so unplug the monitor. What is it and how can I fix it?

Sounds like the power relay to me. What kind of monitor? I'd try to get it RMAd. If it's out of warranty, you might try getting it fixed if it's worth a decent amount (more than, say, $150-200). Otherwise either deal with it or write it off.
