cant find the lcd anywhere......

looking for a hyundai q17, it has 20ms, 17", and some other candy, but i cant find it nowheres :(

Yah its very frustrating that this awsome monitor is not available anywhere. :mad: Toms did a reveiw on it so you would think that you would be able to buy it somewhere. I emailed Toms asking for some guidance to find this monitor. If they email anything useful back to me I shall post it here.

Simply put, it wasn't meant to be sold in the US.

In the conclusion chart Toms has the price of the monitor at $379 US. Why would they have a price for the US if it wasnt meant to be sold there? Its not like they just used the exchange rate to make the US price since it is $120 cheaper than the Euro price.

I found this LCD at Outpost.com (http://www.outpost.com/product/3783986) (somewhat expensive though), Digiconcepts.com (http://www.digiconcepts.com/hyundai_monitors_02.htm) (no price listed here) and T&TComputer (http://www.ttcomputer.com/imagequestq17.htm). Make sure to check Reseller Ratings (http://www.resellerratings.com) as I have never heard of the last two companies.

Also, my guess is that this LCD will arrive in greater numbers very soon. PC World (http://www.pcworld.com/reviews/chart_test_report/0,chid,5577,prodid,16572,00.asp) just did a review on the Q17 this month, indicating that it has just arrived in North America.
