I don't know how to update my bios?My motherboard is a normal 7KT266a.Which softwares are needed?And what shoud I do Step by Step?Than you.

Go to your mobo's manufacturer website and find the bios files page. There will be a utility to download along with the BIOS image file. Read the instructions.

I am sure there is a sticky somewhere in these forums with guidelines too.

But generally there are two ways. Flash it in windows or boot off a floppy with the utility. Flashing in windows is easy, but if something crashes, you system is hosed. Again, take a spin and read peope's experiences so you can be comfortable with flashing. A good start is the appropriate forum for your mobo.
