Im thinkin of ditching my Asus A7N8X Deluxe version 1.04 for a ABIT NF7-S v2.0
What yall think i should do? And what yall think i should do with the asus if i buy the abit?
I personally would prefer the NF7 overthe Asus because i'm a fan of abit but also i hear that the board overclocks THE BEST. I would say that if you aren't satisfied with the Asus, get the ABit.

that Abit NF7-S is a very top-end board, all kinds of excellent reviews and user statements about it being even better overclocker than the Epox 8RDA+ (legendary with voltage mods).
I don't rightly know if it is better than the ASUS, but from everything I am hearing, its 'the' board to own.
if you get it, just sell the ASUS for a competetive price, or keep it for a second machine =)

Do yall think i would be able to get over 200 fbs with it without doing a volt mod?

You can get over 200 fsb with a rev 2 abit no problem. It has a chipset voltage option in bios for a little bit of extra help, but there is no need for that to hit the low 200s. The voltage options are great and its real stable compared to my old a7n8x. One tip I have is to run bios 10 with the L12 mod. It made a huge difference in my fsb.

So should i invest on getting better ram or the new mobo?

if you wanna reach 230+ fsb, i think you should invest in the ram

I used to have a rev 1.04 a7n8x and I know it was pretty uncommon to run stable over 200fsb without alot of mods to the board so I would say its more the mobo than the memory that is the issue. You may run into memory issues down the road but I don't think thats your problem currently.

Look in my sig....I definetly have ram capable of 200+ FSB but I can barely keep 200+ FSB's stable with my Asus board.
BTW deathknight...what do you mean by "run bios 10 with the L12 mod" ???
