I don't get what your trying to accomplish. You still haven't listed if it's a C or what heatsink you have or what motherboard. Forgive me but I'm lost.

I have a jetway alioth ge intel 845ge motherboard

Memory is ddr pc2100

Zalman heat sink the all copper 7000cu i think it is will get a slk900 if i can overclock more :)

Version of p4 chip i have no idea :S i got it around xmas if that helps

Sounds like you have a P4 2.4b chip (133mhz quadpumped to 533mhz)

I think your memory is what's holding you back, not the heatsink. The SLK900 with a high cfm fan will be a marginal improvement over the Zalman hsf.

I would recommend some PC2700 at a minimum. PC3200 being preferred.

Thanks for your help one more thing...

Do you know if my motherboard will take diffent speed ram at the same time?? eg leaving that pc2100 and putting in a pc3200? i doubt it but its worth asking

Looks like the majority of 2.4b users are getting 3.0 but they're all using at least PC2700. So w/o new memory, no, you won't be able to reach 3.2.

You can mix memory but you'll be running at the speed of the slowest memory module. So if you mix PC3200 with PC2100, you'll have to run at PC2100.
