rgbhv?

i have an older ctx 2085 that has this config aswell as the 15 pin vga.it displays fine with the 15 pin but with the rgbhv i get no signal to the monitor.is there anyway to make the rgbhv work?the cable is new

Are you sure all the cables are in the right place? Does the monitor have an on screen menu if it does you more than likely need to change the input to RGB.
