I'm trying to see if I can find the BEST way to tweak my monitor. Some of the settings I am not familiar with, but if I could get linked up to a site that explains it, or even a program. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean. As in the front panel controls?

try using the buttons on the front of the monitor, they let you tweak lots of things, horizontal size and position vertical size and position, color settings, brightness, contrast, etc

Just kidding King,
the best way to make a monitor look its best is to set the refresh rate as high as possible, that way it doesnt look flickery, you can do that through windows, through the advanced display settings. 75hz and up is good.

Well here's the deal.....

This Viewsonic seems blurry to me right now at 100 Hz and 1152, even my GF is like "you're screen is blurry" so I went down to 1152x whatever and she still says it. Its like the text isnt crisp and in the very corners of the screen its worse. This is at 100Hz also! Can video cards cause this?

Well video cards could cause that, but only if you have total crap :).

Try out Powerstrip (http://www.entechtaiwan.com/ps.htm) or something similar. It lets you define advanced timing and geometry options. It's helped me a lot since windows' settings are worthless. For example I could only select 100Hz for 800×600 but my monitor can do 160Hz. With PS the problem is gone. I'm not sure if it'll help though, maybe your monitor just can't take 1152 and 100Hz very well. You should see your specifications.

PS: Even if that is the case, the program will still help you fine-tune the right frequency, so you will find your maximum refresh rate before image quality starts to degrade. Basically you can define refresh rate in steps as small as 0.075Hz.
