I'm buying another monitor so i can run dual displays. LCD is too expensive for secondary display.

I am looking at the following monitors.

ViewSonic E70fb 142$
0.21mm horizontal dot pitch
0.25mm diagonal dot pitch
1024x768 @ 87Hz
1280x1024 @ 66Hz

Samsung Series SyncMaster 753DF 138$
Dot Pitch (mm) 0.20 (H)
Maximum 1280x1024 / 65 Hz
Recommended 1024x768 / 85 Hz
DynaFlat technology

KDS 17" XF-7T 130$
0.20mm Horizontal Dot Pitch / 0.25mm (Vertical)
Maximum Resolution: 1280 x 1024 @ 60Hz

which do you believe will yield the best image quality.

I would want a monitor that looks nice, that would probably be one of my deciding factors if it came down between 2 or 3 choices, i would go with the one i think went with my rig the best, like the color of the case and everything... personally... i like the first one the best.

I have had one of the samsung 753s for a little under a year. It runs a little warm, but it looks nice and I have had no problems with it.

I too am looking at the Viewsonic E70F, however I'm wondering if the 1280x1024 is gonna be enough. I mean, I'd never run my desktop above that, but what about games? I've got a Radeon 9700 and it'll do up to 2048x1536 Are there any 17" monitors that'll do at least 1600x1200 for a reasonable price??
