Say I were to have two moniters, Is there a way I can have it so I have a game on one and chat/other APP's on the other moniter? if so is there a radeon 9500 model that supports two moniters?
this mite belong in the video card selection.. but i dont know :)

yes you can do that. when you have two moniters on the one video card it makes your desktop spead on both monitors if you want and you can set it up differently in your video card settings but you can make it so the game is on one screen and chat is on another.
Yes. That is largely the point to having a dual monitor setup.

how would i come across doing that? i have a geforce3 ti500 right now and a samsung 152t lcd omnitor using the dvi port so do i just hook up my crt to the analog port or something? very noob to this kinda stuff thanx

all you do is hook the crt on the analog and go to the video drivers and there should be a part for dual monitors or something like that. Look in you video card properties. Should tell you there. Most of the time just hook them both up and it should work.
If you right-click on the desktop it will bring up the control panel setting menu. From there, click on the tab that says 'Settings', find the second monitor (there should be two pictured in the black area) and click on the box that says 'Spread my desktop to this monitor, or something similar. Hope that helps.
