I have a Panasonic PT-56WX52 56in HDTV. Is it possible to use my computer on this TV? I'm building a home theater and want to add my computer if possible. There is NO DVI, just component inputs. The set will do 480P and 1080I, NOT 720P.

What do you think?

You'll need either a scan convertor (I recommend the TVATOR EXEC = $72) or a video card with TV-Out options.

They're both Analogue signals, but VGA/HD15 has way more information at much higher frequencies. A scan convertor compresses and scales the VGA image in realtime with hardware and is the easiest and most effective solution.

I realize it is expensive, but it does true 480P and 1080i. I ordered it today and will let everyone know how it works. All I can say is DOOM III !!
